Had the dogs out and some good light the other day.
Took advantage of them running around earlier and tiring them selves out just in time for some golden hour photos.
I had a new lens to play with and it was pulling a shallower depth of feild then I expected. Some of the photos here focus on the dogs nose and there eyes were out of focus.
The soft light of golden hour did mean a longer shutter speed. The photo above shows that off with Mia’s paw bluing from motion.
I was too aggressive trying to keep the ISO too low. I could have gone much higher then the 200 to 400 I was using.
I was very happy with how these turned out, might be some new profile photos in there.
Of course Duke made a funny face.
